1) Make sure the staging site us updated, optimized and tested.
2) Use the Create New Site instructions using SG Migrate
3) adjust plugins for proper production Licenses, Updraft backup folder, etc.
4) Configure Migration DB Pro with Theme & Plugin and Media addons so Production and Staging Sites are linked for future synchronization.
